Maintenance Clean Checklist
(Done regularly - weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.)

Dust all reachable surfaces

Wiping down of all high-touch areas
- Wipe down countertops and backsplashes
- Clean exterior of all appliances
- Clean interior of microwave (no charge) and oven upon request ($25)
- Clean stovetop
- Clean sinks and faucets
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Spot clean cabinet exteriors
- Scrub interior and exterior toilet(s)
- Scrub down all tubs and showers, including walls and fixtures
- Vacuum and mop all floors (including under small furniture)
- Take out trash and replacing bags (excluding kitchen trash)
- Light organizing
- Tidying cushions and blankets
- Pet hair removal on furniture
Deep Clean Checklist
(Typically done every 3-6 months or first-time cleans)

Everything included in the Maintenance Clean package, plus:

Scrubbing and wiping/dusting of baseboards

Clean doors, door frames, and handles

Wiping of light switch plates and outlets

Clean light fixtures and ceiling fans

Removal of cobwebs

​Complete scrub down of exterior cabinets

Clean inside oven (standard wipe-down, full cleaning may be added on for $25)

Dust and clean windowsills
